We do not accept returns or process exchanges. Please make sure to choose your next binge read carefully when ordering.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via our Contact tab on the website with the following information to start a claim: order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging. Once all materials have been submitted, a replacement or refund may be issued on a case by case basis.

I want to cancel my order.

We are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed as processing may begin immediately.

My package is lost.

All of our shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to begin a claim to find your package.
